Here's the recipe if you are curious (or hungry):
I substituted vegetable oil for the canola oil (we didn't have canola oil, and I didn't want to go to the store). One thing I would recommend is to roll the blueberries in a light dusting of flour to avoid them sinking while cooking.
I also used some of the extra batter and threw it in a Pam-coated loaf pan to make a little mini-sunny loaf. I baked for the same time, same temp, and it turned out perfect. That's what I'm eating now.
